Executive Assistant to C-Suite - 12 Month FTC to perm London | £65,000–£75,000 | Hybrid – 3 days onsite We’re working with a highly regarded organisation to appoint an exceptional Executive Assistant on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with the view to go permanent. This is a senior EA position supporting at C-suite level within a complex international environment. We’re looking for someone polished, charismatic and confident who can operate as a genuine right hand to a senior executive while building strong relationships across the wider organisation.
Working closely with the Chief of Staff, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the executive’s time, priorities and international commitments are managed seamlessly. This is a fast-moving role with significant global exposure, so we’re particularly interested in EAs who have supported senior executives within large, international organisations such as financial services, professional services, banking or global corporates.
The role You’ll take ownership of: Complex and constantly changing diary management across multiple time zones Extensive international travel, itineraries and logistics Prioritising meetings, commitments and competing demands Working closely with the Chief of Staff to manage the executive’s priorities Coordinating high-level internal and external meetings Acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders globally Preparing correspondence, documentation and meeting materials Managing expenses and wider executive administration Anticipating requirements and resolving issues before they reach the executive Ensuring the executive is fully prepared and briefed for meetings, travel and engagements About you We’re looking for a career Executive Assistant with around 10+ years’ experience, including significant experience supporting at C-suite or equivalent level.
You’ll ideally have worked within a large international organisation – perhaps within financial services, banking, professional services or a similarly complex global environment. You’ll be: Charismatic, confident and highly personable Polished and credible with senior stakeholders Exceptionally organised with meticulous attention to detail Proactive and comfortable thinking several steps ahead Calm under pressure and able to manage constantly changing priorities Discreet and accustomed to handling highly confidential information Experienced working across different countries, cultures and time zones Comfortable developing a close working partnership with both the executive and Chief of Staff Salary: £65,000–£75,000 Contract: 12-month FTC to perm Location: London Working pattern: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week If you’re an experienced senior EA from a global corporate environment and this sounds like your next move, I’d love to hear from you.
