Reconciliation of the bank statements, Airtel, and MtN against the internal records on a weekly basis Management of asset registers and depreciation runs together with capitalization of assets on monthly basis. Track CAPEX spent vs Budgets for reporting to management Maintenance and storage of financial documents in compliance with auditing policies and procedures Assisting with year-end and month-end closing procedures Laise with Internal and external Auditors plus URA and Insurance.
