Accounting & HR Manager - 80-100% - Northern Vaud

On behalf of a Swiss SME of a human scale, active in a technical sector, we are looking for an Accounting & HR Manager at 80-100%. Accounting & HR Manager - 80-100% - Northern Vaud This is a versatile and central role, offering wide autonomy as well as direct collaboration with management. In this role, you will independently manage the company’s accounting and HR activities, including: - Maintaining general accounting up to closing - Managing debtors and creditors and monitoring cash flow - Monitoring fiscal and administrative aspects related to accounting - Preparing information and documents required by external partners - Managing salaries and social insurances - Monitoring absences, holidays and personnel files - Participating in the financial and administrative monitoring of the company - Supporting management on accounting, financial and HR matters Your profile: - Proven experience in a similar role in Switzerland - Very good knowledge of Swiss accounting, up to closing - Solid experience in payroll management and HR administration - Experience in the construction sector or a technical environment is a prerequisite - Proficiency in accounting/ERP software; knowledge of sector-specific tools is an advantage - SME mindset, pragmatism and good interpersonal skills Interested?
