We're a small, locally owned team in Fountain Valley — not going anywhere, and looking for a seasoned professional to help keep our accounting systems sharp. What You'll Do Manage and maintain our Microsoft Dynamics SL environment (GL, AP, AR, Inventory, Payroll) Write and troubleshoot SQL Server queries, reports, and stored procedures Reconcile accounts and ensure data integrity across modules Suggest and implement improvements — we genuinely want new ideas What You Need (Non-Negotiable) Deep, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL — not just data entry, but configuration, troubleshooting, and day-to-day administration Strong SQL Server skills — writing queries, building reports, understanding underlying tables and relationships Solid accounting fundamentals (accrual basis, reconciliations, period-end close) Must live close enough to work onsite in Fountain Valley Nice to Have Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry accounting Familiarity with inventory management or job costing Why You'll Like It Flexible hours that fit around your life No corporate politics, no production pressure, no layers of management Real ownership over your work — if you see a better way, we'll listen Small team that values your expertise and wants you to stay To Apply Send a brief note about your Dynamics SL and SQL experience or call (714) 241-9768.
