Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is an advantage. Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with managerial or supervisory roles.

Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT laws, and corporate accounting practices. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred). Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, Company Act, and internal policies. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes. Supervise and guide accounting staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting systems, and procedures. Coordinate with auditors and handle internal and external audit requirements. Monitor financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of financial data.
