memory training, exercise group and theme groups Collaboration in planning and conducting events and occasions Ensuring proficient and seamless management of electronic care documentation Interdisciplinary cooperation with all departments involved in care and support You have Completed training, further education in activation (LEA) is an advantage Practical experience in activation in a geriatric environment and working with people with dementia Resilience, flexibility, independence as well as creativity and organisational skills High social and professional competence and ability for cross-departmental collaboration Very good German language skills, spoken and written Good IT skills (MS Office) Alterszentrum Schiffländi Gränichen offers a home to around 100 residents across 3 residential buildings.

One of the goals is to maintain and promote the autonomy of the residents for as long as possible.
