Activity Leader - Daventry, Northamptonshire at Daventry Leisure Centre Part time position – Excellent salary plus benefits Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our activity sessions including soft play, delivering an exciting and varied programme for children aged 1 – 13yrs during term time and holidays We need an Activity Leader who will… Have experience in working with children, interacting and engaging with a range of ages Be both a role model for the centres team and to make the centre a fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers alike Be able to deal with child behavioural strategies Be able to plan and deliver a range of activities including term time sports sessions, after school clubs, parties and holiday activities Be reliable and have good time keeping skills Have a minimum of Level 2 coaching/leading/activity qualifications or equivalent.
