Were looking for a Independent Assessor and Prescriber to join our exciting ADHD service for 37.5 hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference from the outset and play an important role in helping us develop and deliver the service., As an Independent Assessor & Prescriber you will work as part of the PCS ADHD service working across the interface between primary care, voluntary sector and secondary services, with the aim of improving the mental health and well-being of our communities.
You will support individuals to move form surviving to thriving by helping people to feel in control of their health and wellbeing, by linking service users with health and social groups and pathways to address the impact of living with undiagnosed ADHD symptoms. You will be integrated as part of the primary care ADHD infrastructure, providing ADHD Assessment, Diagnosis and prescribing treatments.
