We're looking for a Liaison Officer to join our exciting new ADHD service for 37.5 hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference from the outset and play an important role in helping us develop and deliver the service., As the ADHD Liaison Officer, you will work alongside colleagues at Sheffield Mind and the PCS clinical team as part of the PCS ADHD service, working across the interface between primary care, voluntary sector and secondary services, with the aim of improving the mental health and well-being of our communities.
Primary Care Sheffield (PCS) is a not-for-profit healthcare organisation delivering NHS services across Sheffield, including primary care, community services and mental health.
