An excellent opportunity has arisen within our People Digital Team for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join us as aSenior ESR Administrator. The role involves a wide range of administrative duties, responding to queries from managers, colleagues, bank workers and permanent staff. You will need excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment, and a flexible approach to work.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential, together with strong keyboard and Microsoft Office skills to ensure accurate data entry and record management. You will work closely with colleagues as part of a supportive team whilst providing an efficient and professional service. This is predominantly a home-based role, with occasional attendance at on-site meetings required. As such, you will need to be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Customer service is at the heart of what we do but this is a predominately admin based role, therefore recent demonstrable admin and IT experience is essential. If you are looking for a career within a People Digital/Workforce function where you will be able to develop your skills and knowledge, then this could be the right opportunity for you. You will need, as a minimum: A good standard of English Language GCSE (or equivalent qualification) NVQ level II in administration or customer services or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft office packages. Working knowledge of the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) would be a distinct advantage. Experience of working in a busy customer services office-based environment. A good level of attention to detail. A positive 'can do' approach. You will provide a high quality, customer-focused administration service, supporting the ESR team, managers and colleagues across the Trust.
