Administrative Employee Training Nursing

To complement our Nursing Training team at the Cantonal Hospital Frauenfeld, we are looking for an Administrative Employee Training Nursing from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. Are you looking for a meaningful role that fits well with your private life? Your tasks You keep the administrative threads of nursing training together and ensure smooth processes You record and maintain the master data of our apprentices and students You plan and coordinate practical placements You administratively accompany admissions, department changes and departures from preparation to completion You actively help shape induction days, training sessions and other events You create correspondence, minutes and evaluations You work closely with HR, educational institutions and internal specialist departments You can contribute your ideas to projects and continuously support the further development of our administrative processes What you bring with you Commercial basic training EFZ or an equivalent qualification Experience in an administrative role is desirable Experience in the health and/or education sector is an advantage Very good IT user skills Enjoyment of organisation and coordination as well as an independent, structured way of working Strong communication skills and a pronounced service orientation Team spirit, reliability and discretion What you can look forward to A varied range of tasks with a lot of personal responsibility and a focus on teamwork awaits you.
