About the Role In this role, you will take the lead in overseeing the carer payment process , ensuring carers are paid accurately and on time, reflecting the vital contribution they make every day. You will also coordinate and deliver events and engagement activities , creating opportunities for carers to connect, learn, and feel recognised. Your work will directly support the smooth running of the service and strengthen relationships with carers, helping us maintain high-quality, person-centred support.
