Administrator - Supply Chain - Telford We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator - Supply Chain to join our Procurement Team. The Administrator - Supply Chain Supply Chain will support the Planning team with all administrational duties for our wine business Your key responsibilities will include:   Processing production paperwork and maintaining production records Receipting bulk wine on to IPL system Monthly HMRC stock movement declaration Monthly bulk wine duty reconciliation Setting up future production jobs on IPL system Processing and checking all Third Party Invoices Raising and receipting expense Purchase Orders on IPL system Running and circulating reports to stakeholders as required  Declaring pallet movements on to CHEP pallet system What are we looking for?

Competent in MS Office applications  Previous experience of working in a production or logistics environment would be advantageous Flexible approach to workload and tasks Keen eye for detail Experience of working to deadlines Resourceful nature with logical approach to solving problems Excellent communication skills What's in it for you?
