Adult Community Dietitian

You will work within a well-established adult team delivering home visits, virtual and face-to-face clinics across a varied adult caseload. A focus of the role will be contributing to the delivery and development of the Nutrition Support Pathway. The role also includes: Group education sessions with patients, carers and families Opportunities to develop your enteral feeding knowledge and skills Development of health education resources Contributing to development and quality improvement initiatives, If you receive a suspicious job offer or recruitment-related communication, do not make any payments, share personal information, or provide identity documents.
