This opportunity is made for you. Your duties Within a multidisciplinary team, you play an essential role in the monitoring and well-being of residents. As such, you will be required to: Provide nursing care adapted to the physical, psychological and relational needs of residents.

Assess clinical situations and participate in the development of individualised care plans. Ensure therapeutic follow-up and contribute to continuity of care. Work closely with various care network stakeholders. Support residents and their relatives with kindness and professionalism. Actively participate in continuous quality improvement of care and services. Your profile Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent qualification.

Significant experience in adult psychiatry. Professional experience in Switzerland preferred. Excellent command of French, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of common IT tools. Ability to work independently while promoting teamwork. Clean criminal record. Driving licence or residence near the region. Your assets Good listening skills and strong interpersonal abilities. Analytical and clinical assessment skills.
