This is not a “sit in a room and churn patients” role. We expect you to think, assess, and contribute. What You’ll Do Evaluate and manage new and established pain patients Perform comprehensive histories, exams, and treatment planning Manage medication regimens responsibly (including controlled substances when appropriate) Assist in coordinating care for advanced interventional procedures Collaborate with physicians, MAs, and scheduling team to optimize patient flow Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and long-term plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR What We’re Looking For Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or APRN in Arkansas Experience in pain management, orthopedics, PM&R, or neurology preferred Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing complex patients Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Someone who takes ownership—not just a shift worker What You’ll Get Competitive salary (based on experience) Bonus potential tied to productivity and performance Stable, well-established practice with strong referral base Opportunity to learn and grow in interventional pain medicine Supportive clinical infrastructure (MAs, scheduling, leadership) No hospital call Practice Overview Arkansas Spine and Pain is a leading interventional pain practice in Central Arkansas, focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
