This opportunity is ideal for an agronomy professional with strong practical experience in fine beans and tenderstems, particularly within export-oriented agricultural operations. Key requirements include: Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy or a related field 3–5 years of relevant agronomy experience Proven experience with fine beans and tenderstems Experience supporting open-field or greenhouse production Knowledge of GlobalGAP compliance, safe chemical use and phytosanitary standards Strong understanding of crop, soil, irrigation and quality management
