Air Cargo Office Agent Location: SeaTac Airport, WA Job Type: Full-Time PrideStaff is actively seeking a highly organized Air Cargo Office Agent to join a premier global logistics provider at the SeaTac Airport. This on-site role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with a background in the import/export industry who excel in fast-paced, highly regulated environments. Compensation & Schedule Pay Rate: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour Available Shifts: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM and 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs dictate.

Core Responsibilities Review and process manifests, bills of lading, and air waybills to determine proper procedures for releasing cargo. Notify consignees and representatives of shipment arrival dates, tonnage, and specific customs clearance requirements.

Secure and collect freight payments from customers prior to authorizing cargo release. Manage data entry, prepare critical flight documents, and coordinate the acceptance and distribution of freight. Ensure strict compliance with all local airport, TSA, CBP, FAA, and DOT rules regarding Import/Export security and safety procedures. Identify, document, and handle dangerous goods upon receipt safely.

Deliver exceptional, professional customer service while completing time-sensitive assignments accurately. Candidate Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED. Must hold a valid Washington State Driver's License and a REAL ID-compliant form of identification. Ability to successfully pass all pre-employment screenings, including a drug test and criminal background check.

Eligibility to obtain and maintain all required Airport and Customs security badges and seals. Strong English communication skills (proficient in speaking, reading, and writing).
