A growing, patient-centered women’s health practice is seeking a full-time Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join its collaborative care team in Allen, Texas. This opportunity offers the ability to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care within a supportive practice environment focused on quality outcomes, operational efficiency, and work-life balance.

Providers are supported by experienced clinical and administrative teams, integrated technology, and a multidisciplinary approach to women’s health across all stages of life. Position Highlights Provide full-scope outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care. Perform gynecologic surgeries across multiple appropriate settings. Join a collegial, collaborative OB/GYN and CNM care model. Work alongside a comprehensive support team, including licensed clinical social workers, lactation specialists, educators, and other clinical professionals.

Utilize integrated technology platforms designed to enhance patient engagement and streamline provider workflows. Participate in continuing education, quality-improvement initiatives, and professional development opportunities. Benefit from operational and administrative support that allows providers to focus on patient care. Schedule and Call Approximately 2.5 clinic days and one surgery day per week.

Shared 1:4 call rotation. CNM support is available, with OB/GYN physicians providing backup call coverage. Weekday call may be combined with clinic responsibilities. PRN coverage support is available to assist with vacations and extended leaves. Practice structure is designed to provide more time off and a more manageable call schedule than a traditional practice model. Qualifications Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Active DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start. Eligible for medical licensure in Texas, with active licensure required by the start date. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within an integrated OB/GYN and CNM practice model.
