What You'll Be Doing ✅ Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis ✅ Helping young people build confidence, independence and social skills ✅ Supporting learning both inside and outside the classroom ✅ Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing ✅ Working alongside experienced teachers and specialist staff No two days are the same, making this an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling role.
