What you'll be doing As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive our operations forward.

Your analytical skills will help us optimise our processes and enhance our service delivery., Analyse and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for performance tracking. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.

What you'll need to have (our must-haves) Proven experience in data analysis and reporting. Strong proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively. A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. It would be great if you also have Experience with SQL or similar database management systems.

Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques. Familiarity with warehousing or logistics operations. At Boots, we believe in your potential.
