YesEssential Functions-Provide leadership and guidance to the anesthesia technical team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development. -Coordinate the procurement, inventory management, and maintenance of anesthesia equipment, supplies, and medications. -Ensure availability, functionality, and proper functioning of anesthesia equipment, such as monitors, ventilators, and anesthesia machines.-Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols for anesthesia technicians, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, safety standards, and best practices.Qualifications Education: Associate's Degree Related Field of Study requiredCan this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
