Anesthesiologists here will work across a mix of hospital and surgery center cases doing almost 85% of their own procedures.

The schedule is weekdays with call shared equally among the staff with an average of 45 hours a week in total and enjoy almost 9 weeks off a year. Expect a $50K Sign-on Bonus, a nice benefits package including fully paid health insurance and pay that can increase with experience. It is realistic to earn into the $600Ks prior to any extra work. Partnerships may be considered for the right individual.
