Quick Facts Location: Fond du Lac, WI | 430 East Division Street Start Date: 12/27/2026 End Date: 01/03/2027 Shift: Day shifts; 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Weekday and weekend call (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM) Hours: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certifications: WI State Medical License, Board Certified in Anesthesiology (preferred) Experience: Not specified Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $354.90/hour Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide general anesthesiology support for a broad range of procedures including surgery, GYN, OB, vascular, urology, neuro/spine, orthopedics, ENT, dental, electrophysiology, and GI Assist with cardiac anesthesia covering open-heart cases and TAVRs, including TEE procedures Support hospital and surgery center coverage, both medically directed with CRNAs/CAAs and solo cases during call Participate in scheduled weekday shifts and weekend call coverage, including first and second call rotations Collaborate with anesthesia tech team to ensure high-quality patient care Maintain patient safety and anesthesia standards across adult and healthy pediatric patients What You Need Wisconsin Medical License (or willingness to obtain) Board Certification in Anesthesiology (preferred) Experience with general and cardiac anesthesia procedures and TEE skills required for cardiac support Ability to work independently during call; strong patient care skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment This assignment takes place at a community hospital and surgery center where you'll provide anesthesia care for a diverse patient population.

You’ll work within a team-oriented environment, balancing medical direction with CRNAs/CAAs and managing solo cases during on-call hours.
