about the company An international organization is seeking a strategic Supply Chain Director to lead end-to-end supply chain strategies, regional logistics, and operational excellence initiatives. Reporting to senior leadership, this role oversees digital supply chain transformation, logistics procurement, customs compliance, and data governance within a complex matrix structure. about the job Supply Chain Strategy & Operational Excellence: Direct end-to-end supply chain processes, implementing core model enhancements, digital platforms (TMS, APS, Master Data), and lean methodologies to optimize working capital and service levels.
Logistics Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage freight and logistics tenders, contract negotiations, and service provider performance across transportation, forwarding, and warehousing networks while enforcing health, safety, and legal standards. Customs Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Oversee regional customs operations, ensuring strict regulatory compliance, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement in tariff and origin classifications.
Data Governance: Lead data architecture and governance initiatives to ensure master data accuracy across vendor, customer, and material platforms. Organizational Leadership & Mentorship: Build regional capability by developing talent, managing cross-functional teams, and animating key user networks to drive operational standards about the manager/team Join a dynamic multinational business operating across the APAC region.
You will lead a lean, highly agile regional team, working closely with executive leadership to drive high-impact transformation with direct visibility and minimal corporate bureaucracy. key requiremets Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering. Experience: 10+ years of supply chain and logistics leadership within complex, multi-site international environments.
