What We Offer AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward hard work and excellent customer service including: Budgeted hourly rate is between $19.00 and $22.00 per hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job. Monthly Customer Service Satisfaction Bonuses . Technicians who excel at consistently providing positive resident experiences can earn  up to $250 per month.

What You Will Do Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and support fellow team members Complete apartment turns and prepare homes for move-in readiness Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace components involving plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, HVAC equipment, and general building systems Complete service requests accurately, safely, and efficiently Assist with move-in and move-out inspections as needed Support vendor management and quality control efforts Provide technical guidance and training to less experienced technicians when applicable Maintain a safe work environment and respond to emergency maintenance requests, including scheduled on-call rotations Qualifications Who You Are You take pride in solving problems correctly the first time You deliver professional customer service and communicate effectively with residents You enjoy hands-on work and continuous learning You thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively You are dependable, accountable, and contribute positively to team success What You Have At least 2 years of maintenance experience , preferably in some form of facilities or building environment Proficient skills in at least two technical trades  (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) Ability to work a flexible schedule  including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month).

A reliable mode of transportation  to respond to emergency service requests while on-call after hours. Comfort with physical activity  as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery. Ability to read, write, and speak English.
