Apartment Maintenance Worker Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Worker to help maintain and improve our apartment community. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with plumbing, painting, and electrical repairs . HVAC experience is a plus. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the apartment community.
Complete plumbing, electrical, painting, and general maintenance repairs. Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Prepare apartments for move-ins and complete turnover repairs as needed. Inspect buildings, common areas, and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Work closely with management to maintain the community’s quality and maintenance standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements Previous maintenance or apartment maintenance experience preferred. Hands-on experience with plumbing, painting, and electrical repairs . HVAC experience or knowledge is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot problems and perform basic repairs independently. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work safely and follow company procedures. Must be able to perform physical duties associated with apartment maintenance.
