Yes<Essential Functions:Performs all essential functions of a Physician Assistant, providing direct patient care. -Directly oversees and is accountable for the performance of a team of APPs and/or other direct reports. -Hires, performs, manages, and completes performance appraisals for a team of APPs and/or other direct reports. -Orients, trains, and schedules staff. -Assists with quality assurance programs as needed to help implement quality improvement efforts.
