Application Manager: Digitalisation (m/f/d) Responsibilities: You reliably manage business-critical specialist applications such as GARAIO REM, ImmoTop2 and digital services in day-to-day operations As a power user , you analyse disruptions, resolve them independently or coordinate external IT partners You ensure smooth coordination between business, management and IT and coordinate further concerns You accompany digitalisation projects from requirements analysis to implementation and optimise existing business processes With appropriate digitalisation tools , training and improvement measures, you support sustainable development Qualifications: You have a qualification in business informatics, digital business, computer science or a comparable qualification A good understanding of business processes and IT solutions enables you to translate requirements purposefully You ideally bring experience in application support or as a power user ; knowledge of GARAIO REM or ImmoTop2 is a plus You communicate clearly, work independently and reliably , and have fluent written and spoken German Benefits: Well-coordinated and dynamic team Interesting and varied tasks/projects Attractive training and development opportunities Coaching and mentoring ROCKEN Jobs: https://rocken.jobs Create profile: https://rocken.jobs/application/profil-erstellen/ Workplace Basel Contact Arbanas Selmanaj, +41443852141
