Apprenticeship as Logistician EFZ (Starting from Summer 2027)

If this applies and you bring good grades from secondary or middle school, an apprenticeship as a Logistician might be the right fit for you! As a Logistician EFZ, a 3-year apprenticeship awaits you. With us, you can work in various warehouse areas and learn about warehouse logistics in all its facets.

At the beginning, you will be introduced by experienced logisticians and perform various, mostly manual tasks These tasks mainly involve picking and preparing smaller goods, promotional items and the like Once you have completed the course for the use of electric pallet trucks, you may carry out the first internal mechanical goods movements In addition to lessons at the vocational school in Olten, you will learn the correct handling of goods receipt and goods issue in practice After successfully completing the inter-company forklift course, you can independently store and retrieve palletised goods Later, you will learn how to properly store, retrieve or relocate long goods of all kinds using an overhead crane Besides efficient loading and unloading of goods in/from lorries, you will learn the key points of correct load securing We expect Practical understanding Manual skills Enjoyment of technical devices High sense of responsibility Reliability and persistence Independence Good secondary or middle school grades We offer Interesting activities in various warehouses Varied and practice-oriented training Lively working environment Top infrastructure (32-ton overhead crane system, large forklift etc.) Collegial working atmosphere
