ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST – PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT Johannesburg South | Full-Time | Permanent Salary: R15,000 – R25,000 per month A well-established Property Development Company based in Johannesburg South is seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Technologist to join their small, professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior to Mid-Level Architectural Technologist looking to develop their career within a hands-on property development environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with a small team and gain valuable exposure to a variety of development and architectural projects. REQUIREMENTS • Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology / Architectural Studies. • Approximately 2–5 years’ relevant working experience in an architectural or property development environment. • Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills are essential.

• Good understanding of technical drawings and architectural documentation. • Ability to produce accurate working drawings and detailed plans. • Knowledge of building practices, construction detailing and relevant standards. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good organisational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a small team.

• Good communication skills and a professional approach. • A willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, technically strong and eager to grow within the property development sector. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a small office environment, where teamwork, initiative and the ability to take ownership of tasks are important.
