Job Title: Architectural Technologist Ref: BM311 Location: Kettering Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading RIBA chartered projects who provide multidisciplined services to the commercial, healthcare, education, sports and leisure sectors. They are looking for a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join their Kettering studio. Benefits for the role of Architectural Technologist include: Highly competitive salary Contributory pension scheme Hybrid working Flexible working Professional development Generous holiday allowance Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist: Work alongside the project team and deliver large-scale projects from inception through to completion Prepare design stake risk assessments and detailed design information Produce documents for statutory approval authorities Administer contract and project certifications Requirements for the role of Architectural Technologist: Relevant degree within Architectural Technology Working towards or has achieved CIAT membership Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice Proficient with Revit Managed large-scale projects across various sectors Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills Ability to work well independently and within a team Excellent communication and organisational skills Live within a commutable distance to the Kettering area Full UK Driver’s license If This role interests you or if you are interested in searching for other roles relating to architecture please feel free to contact Ben Moore on 01792 365008 or email [email protected].
