You will: Lead and manage adult care services Ensure compliance with statutory duties, policies, and best practice standards. Inspire and support diverse teams, including Principal Practitioners and Team Managers. Collaborate with partners across health, housing, and the voluntary sector to shape and deliver integrated services. Monitor performance, manage budgets, and contribute to strategic planning and transformation initiatives.
A qualified professional in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Nursing with current registration (HCPC/NMC). Proven leadership experience in social care or health settings. Strong understanding of legislation, commissioning, and integrated working. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and change management skills. A commitment to innovation, inclusion, and delivering outstanding outcomes for adults in Lincolnshire., In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
