This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you will assemble products and components while maintaining quality, accuracy, productivity, and safety standards. We are looking for dependable candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Job Responsibilities 	 Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications. 	 Use basic hand tools and production equipment as required.
	 Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy. 	 Identify and report damaged, defective, or incorrect components. 	 Package and prepare completed products as needed. 	 Maintain accurate production counts and required documentation. What We’re Looking For 	 Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
	 Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work. 	 Strong attention to detail and quality. 	 Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. 	 Dependable attendance and punctuality. 	 Ability to work the full assigned 1st or 2nd shift schedule . 	 Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 	 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
