The role combines customer service, scheduling, administration and problem solving, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and delivering excellent service. Salary: £26,660 per annum Location: Berwick, East Sussex office with hybrid working available following completion of training Hours: Full time, but we would also consider part time hours What we are looking for We are looking for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, has strong organisational skills and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Successful candidates will be confident communicators, comfortable working with systems and processes, and able to build effective working relationships with both colleagues and customers. Applicants should ideally have: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organisational and time management skills. A customer focused approach with a positive attitude.
The ability to work independently and proactively solve problems. Experience in a coordination, scheduling, administration or customer service environment.
