Our client is a Swiss real estate investment company based in Zug, specialising in forward-looking real estate investments. As a FINMA-approved asset manager, it operates and manages various investment vehicles for pension funds and institutional investors, combining profound market knowledge with entrepreneurial implementation skills and a sustainable approach. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed individual who wishes to contribute their real estate experience and further develop in asset management.

Asset Manager Real Estate 100% (m/f/d) Your tasks You will initially manage smaller residential and commercial properties as well as land holdings and gradually take responsibility for your own sub-portfolio You coordinate interim lettings and de-letting processes of development projects and ensure their timely handover to project development In the existing portfolio, your focus is on stable returns, long-term leases, and the lowest possible vacancy rate You review applications from the appointed property management companies and monitor order processing in terms of costs, deadlines, and quality You assist in preparing property and maintenance budgets and monitor their compliance You support the Head of Real Estate Asset Management in day-to-day business as well as in cross-cutting issues You actively contribute to the design and further development of processes and structures in asset management You maintain property contracts and master data in Reamis Next and take care of insurances and insurance claims Your profile You have several years of experience in property management or already have initial experience in asset management You have real estate-specific further training at least at the level of a federal specialist certificate or a comparable qualification Independent, structured, and reliable work characterises you; you keep an overview even with different tasks and priorities You communicate openly, think solution-oriented, and pursue your topics with the necessary persistence Very good German skills, good English skills, and French are an advantage Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Reamis Next is an advantage What to expect A versatile position with the opportunity to further develop professionally in asset management and gradually take on more responsibility A small, well-coordinated team with short decision-making paths and plenty of room for initiative The opportunity to actively shape processes and structures and contribute your own ideas Close cooperation with various real estate departments and external partners A modern workplace in a central location in Zug Interested in a versatile role in asset management?
