On behalf of one of our clients, a major player in the energy sector, we are looking for an Asset Manager specialised in the management of thermal assets and plants equipped with heat pumps. Asset Manager - Thermal Assets / Heat Pumps (M/F) HES/EPF engineer or equivalent training in the fields of energy, thermal engineering, mechanics or industry. Ideally, you have at least 5 years of experience in operation, maintenance, Asset Management or performance management of energy or industrial installations.

Experience in thermal installations, heat pumps, biomass, district heating networks (DHN) or similar industrial processes is a real asset. Proven experience in financial asset management and OPEX budget control. Strong skills in analysing technical, economic and energy performance. Good command of SAP, CMMS tools, Excel and reporting tools. Knowledge of operational risk management and contractual management of service providers.

Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with a strong results orientation. Autonomous and organised, you know how to manage priorities and handle several topics simultaneously. Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with technical, financial and operational contacts. Excellent command of French; knowledge of English and/or German is an advantage. As part of this role, you will ensure the technical, economic and operational monitoring of a portfolio of thermal assets.

In this respect, your main responsibilities will be: Develop, monitor and control the OPEX budget of thermal assets, particularly plants equipped with heat pumps. Ensure the monitoring of the technical, energy and economic performance of the installations under your responsibility. Identify performance gaps, carry out root cause analyses and define corrective action plans. Develop, manage and monitor the annual maintenance plan of the installations.

Optimise the availability, reliability, efficiency and overall performance of the equipment. Identify and monitor operational risks, define mitigation measures and oversee their implementation. Ensure regulatory and environmental compliance of the installations. Develop OPEX assumptions and monitor the Business Plans of mature assets. Identify and prioritise optimisation opportunities and implement continuous improvement actions.

Manage and monitor service providers as well as contractual aspects related to operation and maintenance. Coordinate the various interfaces with internal teams, technical partners and external stakeholders. We will only respond to applications whose profile matches the requested description.
