We are passionate about working alongside our client's and partners to maintain the utility services essential to modern life throughout the UK., The Assistant Depot Manager is responsible for the planning and organisation of the Traffic Management Operatives response team activities, ensuring your team have the correct equipment and information to complete all works safely and efficiently and ensuring that work is completed within the required timescale.
Working within the agreed SLA/KPI targets set by our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previously held a supervisory position and is looking to progress into a management role. This is predominantly an office based role however a company van is provided to enable you to work on various sites as and when required., Ensuring that Operatives are allocated to correct jobs Liaising with Sapphire Planning Team Liaising with Client representatives Ensuring On and Of Hire sheets are populated correctly You will have responsibility for company vehicles and plant within the Depot, making sure they are calibrated and serviced correctly with the support of their transport division.
