Assistant Hatchery Manager

Operations Oversight : Manage daily production cycles, including egg grading, incubation monitoring, hatching, and stock transfer. Staff Supervision : Train, schedule, and direct frontline technicians and hatchery workers. Biosecurity & Safety : Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and disease control protocols to ensure high survival and hatch rates. Maintenance : Inspect and troubleshoot incubation equipment, climate control systems, and facility infrastructure.

Record Keeping : Maintain accurate logs of inventory, environmental conditions, and production metrics.
