As Assistant Manager at Welcome Break, you'll support the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day running of our Taco Bell unit, helping to lead the team, keep standards high and make sure every customer receives quick service, great food and a warm welcome. Based at our Gretna Green services, you'll be part of a busy travel hub serving local customers, commuters and visitors travelling across Scotland and the North of England.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, but you won't be doing it alone, you'll have training, support and a clear route to progress into a Store Manager role.
