About the Opportunity WinnCompanies is searching for a Spanish speaking Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Windsor Park , a 139-unit multi-site communities located in Concord, CA. In this role, you will support the Property Manager in the day-to-day property management operations of the community, including leasing, resident relations, rent collections, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and property administration .
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in multifamily housing and property management . The pay range for this opportunity is $23.00 to $24.00 per hour dependent on experience. Additionally, the selected candidate will typically work: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day operations of a multifamily residential community, ensuring excellent resident service and operational efficiency.
Assist with leasing activities, including apartment tours, application processing, recertifications, and lease renewals. Monitor rent collections, post payments, enforce collection policies, and assist with delinquency management. Respond to resident concerns and help maintain positive resident relations and customer satisfaction. Prepare financial reports, resident correspondence, recertification notices, and other property documentation.
Process purchase orders, invoices, and accounts payable transactions. Assist with property operations, financial administration, and occupancy-related activities. Serve as acting Property Manager in the Manager's absence, as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Up to 1 year of experience in property management, leasing, customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
Up to 1 year of supervisory, team lead, leadership, or mentoring experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish. A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based business applications. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and grow within the property management industry. Ability to work effectively with diverse residents, colleagues, and vendors. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree. Experience with RealPage or other property management software. Experience in multifamily housing, affordable housing, LIHTC, HUD, or Section 8 environments.
Knowledge of leasing, resident retention, and property operations.
