For the Chairman of the Board and owner, Dr Thomas Knecht, we are looking for an experienced, discreet individual from the beginning of 2027 or earlier: classic in demeanour and diligence, confident in handling digital tools. Someone who thinks ahead, anticipates and becomes a constant presence in the group management environment. Your main tasks You will relieve the Chairman of the Board administratively and organisationally and ensure smooth operations in the secretariat You will manage the agenda, coordinate appointments and organise travel You will keep track of deadlines and pending matters and ensure their follow-up You will be the contact person for authorities, managing directors and board members You will draft correspondence in German and partly in English You will contribute to selected projects within the Knecht Group You will prepare documents for board meetings and handle dossiers with absolute discretion Your profile Several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in the environment of an executive management or a board of directors Completed further training as an executive assistant or equivalent qualification is an advantage German as mother tongue, good English skills (level B2) Discreet, reliable and straightforward personality with strong organisational talent Confident with digital tools: Apple environment, calendar and document management in the cloud, video conferences, digital filing and signature processes; openness to new applications We offer you A versatile position of trust with direct insight into the management of a traditional corporate group An environment with short decision-making paths and personal collaboration Discounts and reductions on offers from the Knecht Group Attractive employment conditions A long-term position in a family business, with a long-term perspective Contact Rita Steger Chief HR Officer Knecht Group Knecht Management Telephone: +41 56 461 66 54
