Essential Functions and Primary DutiesProvide service delivery as delegated by senior staffResolve customer service problems that are basic and routine and solved by application of procedures or guidance, or referred on to others for resolutionBuild relationships with employer/group clients (not individual members) and assist senior staff in the delivery of day-to-day service deliveryAssist senior staff with implementing client systems, completing projects, and addressing ongoing service needsEscalate client concerns when appropriateInputs data into appropriate software for vendors/carriers/clients within required timeframeCoordinate employee communications for enrollmentAssist senior staff with the participation of new client set-up, renewals, and open enrollment meetingsEstablish and preserve a solid business rapport with clients and vendorsEnsure that all internal controls and procedures are followedGenerate client interest in additional lines of coverage Additional responsibilities as assignedPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredLess than 3 years customer service experience in the insurance industry requiredMust maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertiseDemonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externallyEffective customer service skillsProficient use of applicable technologyAbility to work in team environment as well as independentlyMust be able to travel based on client and business needs #LI-KW1 #LI-HybridABOUT US CBIZ, Inc.
