Permanent, full-time opportunity Outpatient-only Pediatric position in an FQHC setting Leadership-focused Associate Medical Director role Mission-driven, multi-site community health organization Help oversee clinician performance, peer review activities, and quality metrics within Pediatrics Collaborate closely with the Chief Medical Officer on strategic initiatives and clinical operations Assist with policy development, workflow optimization, and EHR enhancements Support referral management and specialty access initiatives Provide comprehensive Pediatric care including preventive, urgent, and chronic care management Deliver patient-centered, culturally sensitive care in a community clinic environment Participate in clinician mentoring, education, and performance improvement initiatives Timely completion of documentation, billing, and clinical follow-up responsibilities required Outpatient-only schedule designed to support work-life balance Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
