Associate Programme Manager - 9 Months FTC

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity where you'll shape and deliver complex business-critical programmes across the organisation. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you'll turn strategy into action, driving programme excellence and ensuring sustainable business outcomes., Lead complex, enterprise-wide programmes from inception through to successful delivery.

Drive governance, risk management, resource planning and programme performance. Influence and engage senior stakeholders to align priorities and achieve strategic objectives. Lead multidisciplinary teams, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Deliver measurable business benefits through effective programme management and change leadership. Track record of delivering strategic change, business transformation, technology or operational improvement initiatives. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level. Expertise in programme governance, risk management, budgeting and delivery planning.
