As a Associate in Strategic Data Analytics within CCOR, you will help design, build, and enhance automation solutions, analytics processes, and technology-enabled solutions that support data movement, inventory management, control monitoring, and operational decision-making across multiple compliance spaces. This role requires a strategic, detail-oriented, and technically capable professional who can analyze complex operational and technical problems, translate business needs into practical solutions, and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
You will work closely with compliance, technology, product, and business partners to identify workflow inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation and data-driven improvements. The role requires the ability to manage shifting priorities, adapt quickly to evolving regulatory and technology requirements, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and take ownership of deliverables.

Job Responsibilities Identify, analyze and drive resolution of complex operational and technical problems across workflows, applying structured analytical thinking to develop practical, scalable solutions with limited oversight. Proactively learn and adopt emerging tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve team processes, staying ahead of regulatory and technology changes within the innovation space.
Develop and maintain automation solutions that support inventory management, data movement, and process management using Python, Java, or JavaScript to streamline workflows and optimization across multiple compliance functions. Design and build data pipelines and ETL workflows using Databricks and Spark to support analytics, data enrichment, and automated processes. Drive cross-functional collaboration with compliance, technology, and business partners to align deliverables with regulatory requirements and operational priorities.
Manage shifting priorities and adapt quickly to evolving regulatory, business, and technology requirements while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness. Communicate project status, technical findings, and recommendations clearly to managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners through written reports, presentations, and working sessions. Execute end-to-end analysis of business processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and control gaps, and developing actionable improvement plans.
Take ownership of assigned deliverables and project workstreams, proactively flagging risks, incorporating feedback, and holding yourself and peers accountable for quality and timely execution. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, compliance, operations, technology, or a related discipline.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with demonstrated ability to break down complex, ambiguous issues and develop practical solutions independently. Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a track record of self-directed learning, proactively staying current with emerging technologies and applying new knowledge to improve outcomes.
