Attendance Manager

We are seeking an organised, approachable and highly motivated Attendance Manager to oversee the school’s attendance procedures and maintain accurate student attendance records. Working closely with families, Heads of Year, senior leaders and safeguarding colleagues, you will monitor absences, manage attendance communications, analyse patterns and support interventions across both Primary and Secondary Phases.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters professionally. Experience of attendance administration, safeguarding or working in education would be advantageous.
