Au-pair in South Oxfordshire, Job ID J228A8 - A lovely family based in Oxfordshire with a secondary home in London is seeking a confident driver au pair to care for their sporty, musical, and creative twins. The candidate is fully encouraged to travel away from the main residence to visit family, friends, holiday or enjoy full use of the London residence. A family Mini Countryman is provided for local duty use (candidates should own a car for personal or long-distance travel), and the ideal candidate will be affectionate, proactive, and comfortable working alongside an established household team (housekeeper, chef, and gardener).A valid first-aid qualification is needed for this position.
A driver is required. Working hours: Monday to Friday, split across school runs. On Mondays and Fridays, hours are 8:00 AM–9:30 AM and 3:00 PM–8:00 PM. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, hours are 6:30 AM–9:30 AM and 4:00 PM–8:00 PM. High flexibility is essential. Accommodation: own double bedroom situated at a separate end of the house for privacy. The bathroom is shared only with the children, and in the London house, the bedroom includes an en-suite.
Duties include: Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children., Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children., Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children., Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy., Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park., Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children This lovely family is looking to hire on the 21 December 2026.
