Audit Manager

Key Responsibilities: Manage audit engagements from planning through to finalisation, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met. Lead, motivate and develop audit teams, including coaching and mentoring Trainee Accountants in line with SAICA requirements. Review audit files and financial statements and ensure compliance with ISAs and firm methodology. Identify audit risks, resolve issues and provide practical solutions.

Build strong client relationships and manage client expectations. Monitor budgets, WIP, recoverability and billing. Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery. Work closely with Partners and contribute to the overall success and growth of the Audit Department.
