If you enjoy solving technical problems and helping drivers in difficulty, this position is for you! Responsibilities Respond quickly to repair vehicles broken down on the road. Diagnose mechanical, electrical or electronic problems of vehicles.
Carry out minor repairs on site or arrange towing if necessary. Provide quality customer service and reassure drivers in stressful situations. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order. Comply with safety standards and internal procedures. Qualifications Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle systems. Ability to work independently and manage emergency situations.
Excellent communication skills and customer orientation. Fluency in French (spoken and written), other languages are an asset. Heavy goods vehicle licence required. Must live in the Nyon area.
